We understand that the bindery is the backbone of the printing industry. At Solo, our fully automated bindery equipment allows us to handle just about any job or campaign you aspire to create, from cutting and folding to stitching and perfect binding, all under one roof.
What it is
Every binding method, made right.
Perfect bound pieces have their pages glued together using a hot melt or PUR adhesive, with a front cover and a smooth binding edge. Saddle stitched books use staples along the edge, typically to bind a small number of pages.
From cutting and folding to stitching, die-cutting, and foil, all services are handled under one roof to ensure efficiency and the highest quality possible.

Solo runs Kolbus and Muller Martini binding lines, MBO folders, Polar cutters, and a Bograma rotary die-cutter with folding and gluing. High automation and signature recognition keep even complex jobs efficient and consistent.
